Senior Commercial Property Manager - London offices

Established and independent multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors require an experienced Property manager to join their existing PM team.

They manage a large property portfolio, mainly commercial properties and are open to speaking with experienced Property managers (Commercial sector experience advantageous).

• Basic Salary - up to £65,000
• Potential bonus- To be discussed at interview stage
• Car allowance - To be confirmed at interview stage depending on level
• Pension contribution (% to be confirmed)
• Office based position with flexibility
• CPD costs covered and travel expenses covered

All figures quoted above are approximate and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments.
