The role involves tenant relationship management, oversight of financial operations, and ensuring compliance with standards. Commercial Property Manager - OUR CLIENT is a well-funded and ambitious property owner and investor, active across the UK commercial real estate sector and continuing to seek acquisitions ranging from single assets to large portfolios. As they grow and prepare for potential distressed opportunities, they are now seeking an experienced, professionally qualified Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio. This role is 5 days in London (with occasional travel) and involves close coordination with Asset Management, Property Management, and Finance teams to optimise cash flow and ensure strong tenant relationships. The salary offered is competitive but will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
