Job description

Commercial Property Manager - Full-Time

Location: Chesterfield (Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations for commercial properties
  2. Perform property surveys and maintain accurate records
  3. Upsell commercial property management services
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service and handle administrative tasks
  5. Collaborate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of property issues
  6. Prepare detailed reports and present findings
  7. Manage and expand a portfolio of commercial properties
  8. Provide market intelligence and strategic advice
  9. Collaborate with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Essential Skills and Experience:
  1. Proven experience in commercial property management or commercial property surveying
  2. Strong knowledge of property law, market trends, and regulations
  3. Proficiency in property management software (Veco preferred) and MS Office
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  5. Strong administrative and organisational skills
  6. Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (RICS accreditation preferred) or willingness to progress
