UKAEA is recruiting a Commercial Property Manager to oversee its UK portfolio, maximise rental income and attract occupiers while ensuring compliance with legislation and professional standards.
You will lead lease negotiations, manage external advisors, and develop processes to improve the service. The role requires strong knowledge of landlord/tenant law and RICS procedures, with a track record in property management and stakeholder relationship management.

Join UKAEA as a Commercial Property Manager and help manage and develop our commercial property portfolio across the UK. You will maximise rental income, attract new occupiers and ensure our estate is managed efficiently and in line with legislation and professional standards. Working with tenants, colleagues and external advisers, you will identify new commercial opportunities while managing existing and historic property matters.
