COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LEGAL DIRECTOR/SALARIED PARTNER

One of the most progressive law firms in the North of England, ranked highly in the Top 100 UK's Best Workplaces 2025 by Great Place to Work, is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing Commercial Property team in Newcastle.

This role will suit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join as either a Legal Director or Salaried Partner, depending on experience and suitability.

You will ideally have a minimum of 8 years PQE in commercial property law, and your experience can be either broad, or within specific commercial property specialisms.

You will also:
- Be confident engaging with clients, able to develop new business, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Have a proactive, "can-do" approach and strong teamwork skills are essential
- Be self-motivated and efficient and who enjoy seeing a task through to completion and working to deadlines
- Have excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills are required.
