The Real Estate Team

The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Director in Commercial Property to join the growing Bristol office as part of a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked real estate team. The firm seeks a Legal Director with 6+ years PQE to support their expanding client base, which includes high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload, including portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions and disposals, and corporate real estate matters. You will be part of a close-knit team that collaborates on both development and investment projects, gaining exposure to a broad range of legal issues.

Requirements

6+ years PQE in commercial property law

Strong experience across a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, and landlord/tenant issues

Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet tight deadlines

Business development experience, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships

A commercially focused, solution-oriented approach to legal matters

Experience working in a well-regarded city, regional, or national firm with a strong understanding of real estate law
