Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to lead and shape a growing team. The role combines hands-on management with strategic development, focusing on client relationships and revenue growth.

You will oversee a busy caseload, recruit and mentor staff, and work closely with the Board to drive the department towards partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience handling complex commercial property transactions.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Track record in business development and client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Commercial Property team.
• Oversee recruitment, training and development of colleagues.
• Handle a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development and refinancing.
• Build and maintain strong client, agent and professional contacts.
• Collaborate with Marketing/BD to generate opportunities and growth.
