Commercial Property Lawyer NQ + Salisbury

Chadwick Nott are instructed on an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded, award-winning practice based in Salisbury.

You will become part of a well-established and busy team, with a strong pipeline of work necessitating this recruitment. The role will involve handling a diverse range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant transactions, freehold sales and purchases, acquisitions, disposals, and general commercial property work. Clients range from SMEs and OMBs to PLCs and significant public sector organizations, offering a varied and stimulating caseload.

We welcome applications from both newly qualified solicitors with a training seat in commercial property, as well as more experienced candidates, ideally with 2-5 years of experience gained at a city or leading regional practice. Strong technical skills in commercial property law are essential, along with a proactive and client-focused attitude.
