You will handle matters for investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and telecoms operators, including leases and development work, with high-value deals in a fast-paced environment.

You will work exclusively in Reading, collaborating with colleagues across offices, and benefit from hybrid working typically with 3 days in the office.

Competenze

• Experience on high-value real estate transactions including leases and development.
• Background in property finance or development is desirable.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, licences, transfers and deeds.
• Undertake due diligence and review title searches.
• Liaise with clients and opposing counsel on transactions.
• Obtain quotes for indemnity policies and coordinate with insurers.
• Conduct legal research and attend client meetings.
