Blake Morgan LLP is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join the Reading office within the real estate team. The role focuses on a broad range of private and public sector property matters, including leases, development and property financing, with a mix of autonomous and team-based work.

The successful candidate will work on high-value deals for prestigious clients, with a balanced workload across public and private sectors.

Formación

• Experience in high-quality real estate work including leases, development matters and due diligence.
• Strong client-facing and advisory capabilities.
• Able to work autonomously within a team and manage multiple matters.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, licences and deeds.
• Undertaking due diligence tasks and reporting on title and searches.
• Liaising with clients and other lawyers to progress transactions.
• Attending client meetings and providing clear updates on matters.
