Well-regarded commercial law firm in Cambridge is seeking a Commercial Property lawyer of 1 or more years’ PQE. The team operates at the entrepreneurial end of the legal market, with highly innovative clients who do not want traditionally delivered legal advice. The Cambridge team has particular expertise in the energy and life sciences/ biotech sectors as well as strategic land and the property aspects of corporate transactions. They offer a one-stop-shop for property services from acquisition and planning, through to construction, disposal, and asset management, encompassing both commercial and residential property.Candidates must be dedicated to delivering excellent client service with previous experience appropriate to your level of qualification in some of the following areas: • Property led business sales • Commercial landlord and tenant matters • Energy leasing• Residential and commercial development transactions • Strategic land transactions • Secured lending • Sales and purchases of commercial property • Property management • Property aspects of corporate transactions.

A good foundation of varied commercial real estate experience including sales, acquisitions, leases and financing would be useful allied to strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
