Opportunity for Solicitor or Legal Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with the potential of rapid advancement to Partner/Director level for the right candidate.

The role involves handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, leases, development projects, refinancing, and landlord and tenant issues. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently, are essential.
