NRG Resourcing Limited is partnering with a Legal 500-ranked Manchester firm to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer. Based in Manchester city centre, you will handle a varied caseload of acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord and tenant work for landlords, developers, investors and corporate clients.

The role suits lawyers from 1+ PQE; responsibility grows with your experience, and more senior lawyers will supervise and develop junior colleagues and contribute to business development.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Experience across commercial property transactions such as acquisitions, disposals and leases
• Strong drafting, negotiation and due diligence skills
• A commercial, client-focused approach
• At senior levels, supervisory experience and a business development track record are a plus
• Manchester-based, or able to work from the Manchester office

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord and tenant work
• Advise landlords, developers, investors and corporate clients with a commercial, pragmatic approach
• Carry out due diligence and report on title
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases and ancillary documentation
• Work with colleagues across the firm's property, corporate and litigation teams where needed
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development as you progress
• Supervise, train and mentor junior colleagues at more senior levels
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and client care

About the Role

As a Commercial Property Lawyer in the firm's Manchester city-centre office, you will work on a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord and tenant work, for landlords, developers, investors and corporate clients. The role suits lawyers from 1+ PQE upwards: responsibility and caseload grow with your experience, and more senior lawyers will supervise and develop junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
