Commercial Property Lawyer

Locum

Remote Working

£55/hr (umbrella)

Sellick Partnership is looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis with occasional office attendance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team. Flexible working hours and pattern, with a minimum of 25hrs/week, full time hours are also available.

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Property Lawyer:

• Handling land disposals
• Sales and acquisitions
• Advising on Landlord and Tenant cases
• Leases and licences
• Academy conversions

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Property Lawyer:

• Strong background in public sector/local authorities
• Previous experience handling commercial property work
• Ability to competently manage a large caseload

Ideally, the candidate would attend the office on a hybrid basis, however the client is willing to consider remote working.
