Commercial Real Estate Lawyer (5 years+)

A leading firm recognised for its excellence and innovative approach to commercial property law across Scotland is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE to join its esteemed team in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leases
2. Oversee lease agreements and provide support for portfolio management
3. Engage directly with clients, contributing to relationship-building and business development initiatives
4. Collaborate within a dynamic team focused on high-quality client service and market growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum of 5 years' PQE in commercial property law
2. Strong client-service orientation and proactive approach
3. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
