You will be involved in a broad range of matters in both commercial and residential property disputes. Relevant expertise may include handling assured, assured shorthold, and regulated tenancies; anti-social behaviour possession cases; ground rent and service charge recovery; lease renewals under the 1954 Act; dilapidations; rent reviews; possessions and forfeiture matters; service charge disputes; telecommunications issues; trespass claims; easements; agricultural property matters; and First-tier Tribunal applications.
