Overview / about the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Commercial Property Conveyancing Manager (Deal Executions) with proven experience in commercial property and real estate conveyancing. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving transactions across the finish line, liaising with internal teams and external legal advisors, and ensuring that every deal completes efficiently, accurately, and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution process for commercial property transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Liaise closely with solicitors, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve legal, structural, and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and maintain thorough documentation throughout the lifecycle of each deal.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of legal documents, ensuring consistency with agreed commercial terms.
  • Maintain deal flow visibility and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify process efficiencies and contribute to operational improvements across the executions function.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate conveyancing or property legal execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of legal contracts and commercial property transaction mechanics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills under tight timeframes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with legal professionals and manage cross-functional execution tasks.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
