Claims Adjuster – UK Commercial Property
Manchester (Hybrid, 3 Days in Office)
Salary up to £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits

IPS Group is working with a growing insurer to recruit a Senior Claims Adjuster for their UK Commercial Property team. This is a key hire to support the expansion of their commercial lines portfolio across the UK.

The Opportunity:

This is a hands-on, senior-level role managing a caseload of UK Commercial Property claims. You’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple offices, including London, and be supported both remotely and through regular in-person engagement from leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial property claims, typically ranging from a few thousand pounds up to £1 million. You’ll have significant decision-making authority and work closely with underwriting and claims teams across the UK. This is a hands-on position where you’ll take full ownership of your files while contributing to the growth of a high-performing, expanding team.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property claims, be confident managing files independently, proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable working with minimal oversight. This role is suitable for someone already at a senior level or ready to advance to that level.
