Commercial Project Manager (Financial Specialist) is a role that covers both the Sales and Execution areas of multi-million euro international projects that keep us on track towards achieving our mission. You would be the project entrepreneur responsible for commercial aspects and project financials (controlling & reporting).

How You'll Make an Impact

• Co-lead projects to optimise financial results and improve cash management.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve commercial issues.
• Educate project teams on financials and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Support sales teams with commercial and financial topics, ensuring accurate cost calculations.
• Identify and manage risks, co-lead contract negotiations, and interface with stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Assertiveness, ability to convince, and team motivation, with ownership and readiness to lead by example
• Intercultural understanding, strong negotiation skills, and active listening
• Solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant degree (Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration) and proficiency in English, MS Office, SAP, and other IT tools
• ≥ 5 years of experience in managing complex external customer projects, international projects, and direct interfacing with stakeholders

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
