JOB TITLE: Commercial Project Manager.

SALARY: Up To £50,000 depending on experience.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Project Manager at Outcomes First Group will be responsible for leading and managing strategic projects that drive organisation-wide business transformation.

The Project Manager will lead on-site and virtual, multi-skilled teams, internally and externally, and oversee the planning and successful delivery of projects, on time, within scope, to quality standards, and budget.

The Project Manager will implement effective business change approaches to maximise project success and organisation-wide engagement, aligned with Outcomes First Group’s mission to provide high-quality care and education to children and young adults. This role is crucial in ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes and support the long-term growth of the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead Business Change Projects: Manage and deliver end-to-end business change projects, including budget and resource management, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams for effective communication and support.
3. Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans, including end-user adoption and engagement strategies, to ensure smooth transitions.
4. Business Requirements and Process Improvement: Collaborate with Business Analysts to define requirements and implement process improvements for efficiency.
5. Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
6. Project Planning and Execution: Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
7. Project Methodology: Use methodologies like Prince2 and Agile effectively.
8. Project Governance: Maintain documentation, lead review meetings, and ensure project transparency.
9. Budget Management: Develop business cases and manage project budgets.
10. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams for successful execution.
11. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and standards, including Data Protection.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience leading business change projects with methodologies like Agile, PRINCE2, or Waterfall.
• Experience managing organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
• Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
• Experience in process improvement, risk management, and project budgeting.
• Strong leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulated sectors and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management tools.
• Experience in education, healthcare, or social care sectors is desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Prosci) are preferred.
