This role will play a crucial part in advancing Ideagen’s growth strategy by coordinating efforts across global teams, establishing success measures, and implementing tracking and reporting mechanisms that align with our strategic objectives.

This is a hybrid position 3 days a week in Ruddington Nottingham.

Responsibilities

1. Drive commercial partnerships related to revenue growth initiatives and execute product strategy across the Group.
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Product to create structured delivery plans across the organisation.
3. Provide commercial support to a network of stakeholders, bridging the gap between operational delivery and financial realisation.
4. Maintain comprehensive project and meeting documentation, coordinating with stakeholders to manage deliverables and updates.
5. Report on the progress of ongoing projects and processes, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans, ensuring proactive communication on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
6. Maintain a strong commercial grip, ensuring clear visibility of performance drivers, and proactively intervene as needed to achieve plans.

Skills and Experience

1. Strong commercial acumen and a passion for influencing strategic business decisions.
2. Proven ability to influence and develop strong, collaborative stakeholder networks.
3. Demonstrated project management expertise with the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
4. Numerate and analytical mindset.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
6. Skilled in storytelling, capable of constructing and delivering presentations to the Senior Leadership Team that shape business strategy.
