Bauer Media Group in London is seeking a Commercial Programming Manager to drive branded content across the Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Network. You will lead creative sessions, manage briefs with commercial and content teams, and push brand-led opportunities across advertising.
You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across HRN, GHR and partner stations, and act as a Creative Ambassador to maximise revenue while delivering innovative, audience-focused content.
The Commercial Content Team are the conduit between Bauer Media Advertising’s commercial teams and core Content stakeholders (eg Programming, RAYO, Social, Video, Editorial). The team reactively and pro-actively create best in class, innovative and deliverable branded content solutions that create impact for clients and consumers of our brands.
We have an exciting opportunity for an expert in Branded Content across two of our major radio brands – the Hits Radio Network and the Greatest Hits Radio Network and associated Partner stations.
As The Commercial Programming Manager you will be a key part of Bauer’s creative process driving revenue, reputation and results across our audio branded content offering. You’ll work with key stakeholders across the Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Networks including Content Directors, Marketing, Production, the Brand Social Teams, Commercial Video Team, Delivery teams, Creative Planning, Commercial Programming, Creative Strategy and Commercial teams.
We’re looking for someone to drive excellence around our creative solutions, systems and processes and ultimately revenue across branded content on the Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Network.
This is fulltime role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with flexible working hours. We also offer a hybrid way of working that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London (5 minutes walk from Euston Station)
