Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded Programme Manager to lead and accelerate an established global operator partnership programme. This programme focusses on s over 40,000 operator centres worldwide, with 1,000+ sites expected to partner with us this year. This role will play a critical part in shaping the strategy, sharpening the focus, and driving scale. The Programme Manager will own the strategic plan-defining how we identify, approach, and convert competitors across multiple segments. Execution will be carried out by the Partnership Sales Managers team, but this role is responsible for designing the roadmap, leading the thinking on commercial strategy and improving the operating model,

  • Lead and manage the operator-partnership programme, ensuring clear focus, structure, and measurable progress.
  • Develop and articulate the strategic plan to grow programme penetration and create commercial structures to maximise the growth opportunity.
