Join us as a Commercial Product Manager in Sales Support, where you will play a pivotal role in driving a data-driven approach to our initiatives. You will lead the transition of our current standard service business sales support processes into a new ERP system, ensuring a seamless integration. Your expertise will be essential in developing training materials and guidelines to support your colleagues during this transition. You will also have the opportunity to improve processes and manage projects aimed at achieving excellence in our systems. By collaborating with various departments, you will contribute to the growth of SGT Service Sales and help craft the future of our product offerings.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • You will manage the smooth transition of our current sales support processes into the new ERP system, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and issue training materials, guidelines, and local instructions to facilitate a successful transition.
  • Lead improvement projects that aim for excellence in our systems, implementing standard methodologies from within Siemens Energy.
  • Support tendering and order book activities, gaining insights into standard service business tenders and assisting the team as needed.
  • Assist with data input, maintenance, and analysis, ensuring strong governance and accuracy in all processes.
  • Engage with various departments to ensure flawless integration and alignment with company objectives.

What You Bring

  • A degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates your qualifications for this role.
  • Extensive experience with SAP and associated processes, along with a willingness to expand your knowledge.
  • A diligent approach with a strong focus on process simplification and continuous improvement.
  • A solid commercial understanding of the GSO business, enabling you to make informed decisions.
  • Motivated by personal drive, you excel in a fast-paced environment and are enthusiastic about contributing to our achievements.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and collaborators.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
