Join easyJet's ambitious Inflight Retail (IFR) team as a Commercial Product Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our integrated retail strategy. This position involves being the business product owner within a cross-functional team, focusing on the design and implementation of our future ecosystem. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners to define programme requirements, navigate stakeholder needs, and support the effective implementation of our IFR initiatives. Your expertise in bringing together strategic goals and business delivery will be crucial in balancing customer needs with commercial, operational, and financial considerations, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of consumer trends in food, beverage, and retail goods.
In this dynamic role, you will lead cross-functional working groups to drive IFR channel improvements and innovations, establishing clear principles and processes for the strategy of our retail business. You will also be responsible for developing business cases to support targeted investments and utilising data to optimise customer attraction and conversion. As a key member of the IFR commercial team, you will build a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring that our digital and IT programmes are successfully embedded within the organisation. This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
