The Role

The Commercial Launch Planner (PMO) will oversee the successful execution of product and marketing initiatives within the Marketing department. This role ensures alignment and timely delivery across cross-functional teams including PR, Communications, Product Planning, and Marketing Channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Project & Launch Planning:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive launch roadmap for product releases, campaigns, and initiatives.
    • Coordinate PR, Communications, and Marketing efforts with product timelines for maximum impact.
    • Identify dependencies and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.
  2. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
    • Serve as the central point for the Commercial teams, ensuring alignment across departments.
    • Lead weekly launch meetings, providing updates and resolving blockers.
    • Create briefing materials and frameworks for internal teams.
  3. Process Optimization & Execution:
    • Implement best practices for project tracking and reporting.
    • Establish clear decision gates for launches.
    • Conduct post-launch reviews to improve future processes.
    • Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
    • Highlight resource gaps to leadership and suggest corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with finance and procurement for budget management.
Personal Specification
  • 8+ years in project management, commercial operations, or go-to-market planning.
  • Experience in launch management, product marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Background in the Automotive Industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Notion, Confluence).
