The Financial Crime Solutions team is seeking a Commercial Product Director to lead delivery of existing and new products, develop product roadmaps, and strategize for growth by innovating and solving problems. The ideal candidate is passionate about reducing fraud/scams, highly motivated, curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure A2A Risk Solutions remains the primary service in the UK and globally.
• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to understand needs and test innovative concepts.
• Deliver key products and enhancements.
• Understand the Software Development Lifecycle and address barriers to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business requirements.
• Maintain consistent product documentation across the framework.
• Stay informed on regulations and market trends to ensure product relevance.

Candidate Profile

• Use market knowledge to enhance products and prioritize roadmap.
• Strong background in payments, financial crime, and fraud, with industry experience preferred.
• Experience working with UK banks is desirable.
• Ability to multitask and meet project constraints.
• Understanding of the payments ecosystem, including regulatory and legal aspects.
