Responsibilities

To analyse market composition and manage quotes and tariffs for commercial shipping.

  • To respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relations
  • To provide quotations to client in line with demand and market rate levels
  • To conduct market research and monitor competitor pricing to ensure tariffs and tenders are profitable yet competitive
  • To assist the Commercial Manager with tender submissions
  • To liaise with international offices to ensure smooth client experience
