Commercial Planning Manager (Flavours & Seasonings)

St Albans, hybrid working

This is a key, commercial leadership role focused on delivering our Branded Flavouring and Seasoning brands strategies and objectives. The role involves driving commercial levers such as pricing, promotion efficiency, and innovation execution, to achieve business growth.

You will focus on achieving commercial success and growth in this product category, making a significant impact on our business by leading our commercial planning efforts in this strategic area.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integrate Sales and Customer strategies into brand plans with ownership of the monthly CPM cycle.
  • Translate brand & category strategies into plans to meet sales targets.
  • Design pack, price, & promotional architecture for all channels and formats.
  • Analyze and review business forecasts and key issues during planning.
  • Manage new product development P&L and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with account & brand teams to develop contingency plans for shortfalls.
  • Conduct bottom-up budget analysis, including risk and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies for categories/brands with approval management through TPM.
  • Lead the development of medium-term pack and price architecture strategies.
  • Enhance promotional ROI for brands and categories.
