Job Description Summary:
We support customers to achieve their aspirations with unsecured personal loans and help them understand their affordability through innovative customer experiences. We're a fun, dynamic and fast-paced team who are at the forefront of leading the way for customers & colleagues in transforming & digitising the Retail Bank for Lloyds Banking Group.
We are the UK’s number one provider of personal loans, with 24% stock market share and £11bn of customer balances. We have grown strongly in the last few years and have ambitious plans to continue balance sheet, market share, income and profit growth across the four-year operating plan.
This role is part of the Loans Demand Generation and Trading team which is responsible for the promotion, acquisition and reporting of personal loan customers across our four brands (Lloyds, Halifax, BoS and MBNA), through our own and third-party channels. Most of our lending is via our own digital channels.
The team has accountability for delivering the Loans commercial plan across a variety of financial performance indicators including gross new lending, market share, net interest income, banking margins, balance sheet, P&L, return on equity and more. The objective of this role is to ensure safe delivery of said plan, profitably, fairly and within risk appetite.
