We bottle the best of TikTok's content opportunities in ways that allow brands to be part of these culture shaping moments for deeper marketing effectiveness, delivering reputational work that offers a north star for our platform and the wider industry.

Our team works as a bridge between the user and sales sides of TikTok, supporting priorities across both, and building partnerships that enable brands to truly be at the heart of cultural and seasonal moments for their audience. This role's focus is on concepting and creating commercial partnership programmes and projects that drive incremental revenue opportunity for the business. These programmes are highly complex creative projects which involve a large number of cross-functional teams within TikTok and external stakeholders, including key clients.

This individual can take a hands-on approach to building bespoke and compelling opportunities while also managing multiple stakeholders across the business and securing internal and external buy-in to ultimately help accelerate growth of TikTok for Business solutions. You will help drive the strategy, creative ideation, and development of custom, bespoke and scaled solutions for TikTok's advertisers. The team develops a spectrum of opportunities - from bespoke tentpole programmes to scaled opportunities around seasonal, vertical and cultural moments. This person is creative, strategic and collaborative - with entrepreneurial flair and strong commercial skills. They will be adept at developing new monetisation opportunities that live at the intersection of TikTok content - from our vibrant creator community to premium publishers - and our product solutions, to meet advertiser goals. Experience of structuring complex deals where IP and rights are involved is essential.

This role will work across sport, education and finance partnership opportunities, and to be the main point of contact and lead for a sub-region of the EU markets (France, Benelux, Spain and Italy).

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead responsibility for the sports, education and finance partnership opportunities, working mainly with user operations teams to shape these consumer partnerships for commercial value.
  2. Lead responsibility for the BEN FRITES markets: Benelux, France, Italy and Spain. With frequent travel to these markets required to have established partnership with local market sales and XFN teams.
  3. Forge partnerships across User Operations [who represent Content Programming/ Editorial], Business Development, Product, Marketing, Sales and Research, to unlock the most strategic, innovative content solutions for TikTok advertisers across Europe. Maintaining these key relationships to ensure the smooth-running of projects.
  4. Work with the user side to develop content solutions tied to seasonal moments, occasions, cultural tentpoles, LIVE opportunities and editorial sponsorships for key partners and advertisers across industries.
  5. Partner closely with sales (in lead markets) to understand their business objectives that inform strategic monetisation opportunities and targeted client engagement.
  6. Partner with the wider business marketing team to educate the market at scale, driving demand and awareness of partnership opportunities.
  7. Develop compelling go to market materials to enable sales to pitch and secure spend, partnering with marketing solutions to utilise messaging and content materials.
  8. Support pitching when necessary with senior client opportunities, partnering with sales on approach and communications.
  9. Establish processes and frameworks to accelerate go to market selling opportunities throughout the year.
  10. Project manage partnerships from concept through to sale, and then partner with sales/CST and XFN on delivery.
  11. Quarterly analysis and revenue planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or marketing partnerships experience.
  2. Highly collaborative, team player, strong influencer and relationship builder.
  3. Creative marketer, ability to conceptualise new ideas and new ways of working.
  4. Strong agency, publisher, broadcaster or brand experience in the advertising and creative spaces.
  5. Have a good understanding of the creative production process and be able to communicate technical requirements to clients, as well as a deep ad product knowledge primarily across branding products.
  6. Experience of structuring complex deals where IP and rights are involved.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Thrives in a start-up environment, hands-on mentality with a passion for building.
  2. Knowledge of the media planning process.
  3. Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments and prioritise demand from multiple cross functional and cross regional stakeholders.
  4. Sports partnership experience is preferred.
