Job summary

BMT is seeking a Commercial Partner to join the UK & Europe team, supporting growth and protecting commercial interests. You will act as a trusted advisor, guide project lifecycles, and draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.

With a law background and experience in bids, contract negotiations, and programme delivery, you will identify risks, advise stakeholders, and ensure governance standards are met while fostering strong client

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent with strong understanding of contract management.
• Experience supporting bids, contract negotiations and programme delivery.
• Ability to identify commercial risks and provide clear stakeholder guidance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on confidentiality, customer and supplier contracts, and tenders.
• Manage risk and ensure governance compliance across projects.
• Develop strong commercial relationships with customers and suppliers.
