THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Operations and Onboarding Lead to elevate the performance and productivity of our UK Get Your Car Commercial team during this pivotal and exciting growth phase.

In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to optimise our Commercial processes, drive automation of tasks for our Account Managers, and lead the development and implementation of a streamlined onboarding experience for our dealer partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting and tracking performance targets across the Commercial team, ensuring we achieve business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, create, and implement a new onboarding and early lifecycle process for our new dealership partners
  • Own the performance of the Onboarding team and their portfolios, including setting KPIs for the team
  • Support the Commercial managers in creating meaningful targets aligned with business goals
  • Create an easy and digestible way of tracking each team's performance
  • Own weekly reporting of each team's performance versus targets
  • Drive and own automation of tasks and reporting within the Commercial domain to improve team efficiency
  • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to reduce manual tasks for our Sales and Account Management teams

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Inspiring leader with experience managing high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to significantly improve sales team efficiency
  • Project management skills with experience in change management, process optimisation, and stakeholder management
  • Problem solver, data-driven with outstanding analytical skills. High proficiency in Excel
  • Determination to get things done: no job is too big or small. Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-performance startup environment with a fast pace and a hands-on, out-of-the-box mindset
