CK Group is recruiting for a Commercial Operations Associate to join a pharmaceutical company at their Basingstoke site on a 12-month contract basis.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Support the month-end financial control process to ensure contract pricing alignment across multiple organizations.
2. Report sales and financial metrics to government or external agencies.
3. Track and validate non-standard pricing, free billings, sales data, and customer incentive proposals.
4. Monitor daily sales, identify purchasing trends, growth, and abnormalities.
5. Manage commercial schemes, rebate reconciliation, invoice management, and trend analysis.
6. Assist the Commercial Manager in building and initiating deals with external customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Strong business acumen with data analysis, accuracy, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
4. Keen interest in Data Analytics & Data Visualization.
5. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
