- End to end lead for designated commercial offers and promotions across the EMEIA region- Lead the NPI go to market commercial strategy and financing partner readiness activities- Identify opportunity areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock sales opportunities or accelerate growth- Lead the analysis, development and design of all commercial offers and promotions; work with finance to develop the business case and with commercial managers to align to key country strategies- Develop the offer and promotion roadmap for EMEIA, aligning closely with opportunities identified in key country plans- Support the localisation and launch of WW led promotions; represent the Geo during the design and build phases to ensure strong Geo fit- Partner with the Performance Insights team to assess the performance of Commercial Promotions and Offers; identify reporting needs and share insights on promotion performance including marketing and campaign performance- Partner with Country and Commercial Managers to identify opportunities to leverage affordability capabilities to drive new offers and promotions- Provide insights and opportunities on the overall customer behaviour to key local and global business partners, utilising internal and external data references- Develop and maintain relationships with a core group of business stakeholders and build strong regional relationships with the WW Promotions and Commercial Programs teams
