About the Role

Responsibilities include:

1. Attend and host networking events regularly to promote the business brand and generate leads.
2. Achieve monthly net income goals by managing pipelines daily and driving deals to completion.
3. Provide world-class customer service to clients and introducers, keeping them informed weekly about deal progress.
4. Collaborate closely with a dedicated Assistant Commercial Manager to meet client needs and deliver outstanding service.
5. Engage with brokers and clients via social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to build a strong online presence.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of commercial finance.
7. Meet clients face-to-face to understand their business and funding requirements.
8. Underwrite cases before submitting to lenders to ensure appropriate funding and lender selection.
9. Manage the process from initial meeting to fund drawdown, ensuring seamless service and excellent customer experience.
10. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to meet their funding needs.

Qualifications

The company offers an attractive starting salary of approximately £45k-£50k, complemented by a generous bonus structure that increases upon reaching targets.
