Job summary

SES (Engineering Services) Limited is seeking a Site MEP Surveyor to join the Commercial team in the Central Region. The role focuses on producing commercial outputs, cost control, and liaising with client representatives to meet contractual standards.

The role will be based between office and site with some home working. You will develop relationships with the client, project surveyors, and supply chain while driving value recovery and cash management within the project’s profit plan.

• Understanding of financial reports and software
• Confident communicator and stakeholder management
• Hybrid role with site and office work

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project cost performance and ensure adherence to financial targets
• Input to monthly CVRs and progress reports
• Understand tender strategies and build to profit plan
• Agree external valuations and cash flow to maximise project value
• Collaborate with Commercial Manager on final accounts
• Ensure SES subcontract management and procurement obligations and health & safety compliance
