Temporary Contract: 12-month

This is a Hybrid role - 3 days in the Guildford office, 2 days working from home.

Become part of the Content Adaptation and Localisation Team within the Global Production team at EA. Based in the UK, this is a diverse role reporting to the Senior Manager. This is a team that works daily with Global partners in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Madrid, Romania and Sweden, so 'one team' vision is necessary.

Working within a motivated and passionate team, across a range of Commercial Asset-focused areas, you will manage projects from planning, to briefing, through approvals to final handoff. You will also manage the creation of lead assets, adapting existing creative, and manage the localisation of assets through partner teams. Specifically covering areas that include email, Digital banners, In-Game images, Digital at Retail cards and many other commercial marketing assets, you will be part of a busy team working across the entire portfolio of EA’s titles.

You will be an advocate for innovation and process improvements, and partner with Creative and Production teams to deliver quality assets to our Players. You will also immerse yourself in the wider developments and technology that our partner teams utilise, with a view to offering solutions and options to our Brand, Retail and Merchandising teams asks.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex campaigns across Digital & traditional media.
  • Manage projects through agency production teams.
  • Information sharing and teamwork with global partners.
  • Liaise daily with Content Management team.
  • Lead regular status meetings with partners & agency production teams.
  • Monitor the creative process with agency production team to ensure assets are built to specification.
  • Foster best practice and positive relations between all EA and agency teams.
  • Keep accurate and regular records of status of deliverables and measuring these against original plan (Post mortem reports).
Experience
  • Previous industry experience, with a games or technology brand.
  • An experienced project manager who has worked delivering assets using production agencies.
  • Excellent relationship skills in dealing with a variety of audiences.
  • Competent to work and deliver to deadlines, with the ability to build positive relationships with audiences quickly.
  • Initiate & improve new ways of working and thinking.
  • See risks as opportunities, and challenge others to look at problems in a different way.
