Job Title: Commercial Marketing Manager


We are hiring for our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing FMCG company based in Belfast, who are seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to lead and shape the future of their brand portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate and ambitious team, where you’ll be at the forefront of marketing strategy, brand development, and commercial execution. The Role:

  • Lead development of the brand portfolio, overseeing brand architecture, NPD, and consumer-led marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to deliver standout branding, packaging, and campaign execution.
  • Act as the key contact for Principal agency brands, managing communication and strategic alignment.
  • Deliver TTL marketing campaigns across trade, digital, shopper, print, and experiential.
  • Analyse brand and product performance at SKU and customer level, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Support sales teams with compelling brand plans, activation strategies and customer presentations.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal spend aligned with ROI.
  • Align internal teams to marketing strategies through clear communication and performance updates.

The Person:

  • 5+ years of commercial or trade marketing experience, within FMCG, consumer goods, or retail.
  • Strategic mindset with strong creative and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, campaign reporting, and marketing tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, digital platforms).
  • Proven experience in brand management, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
