A leading media company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Executive for a 12-month FTC, primarily focused on enhancing the Outdoor portfolio's narrative. Overview of job
The role of the Senior Product Marketing Executive, Outdoor is to create new and innovative ways to bring Global’s diverse Outdoor portfolio to life - the largest and most comprehensive in the market. Global is the leading Outdoor company in the UK and one of the largest in Europe with over 235,000 sites reaching 95% of the UK population.

In the first few months, you would have
• Developed your product knowledge across Global’s Outdoor portfolio and created compelling marketing collateral for key Outdoor stories
• Established strong working relationships with key commercial stakeholders
• Integrated yourself as a valuable member of the Commercial Marketing team contributing to the development and delivery of team projects
Responsibilities of the role
• Be a key member of the Commercial Marketing team - bringing the Global brand to life for marketing stakeholders at the world’s leading brands, media agencies, outdoor specialist agencies and creative agencies
• Ownership of the Outdoor Commercial Marketing roadmap with clear milestones
• Take on a strong delivery role in flagship Outdoor projects
• Understand and implement a commercial narrative across multiple B2B touchpoints - developing stories for marketing materials, such as videos, case studies and social media
• Work with Global’s insight and data teams to turn raw data into narratives for marketing materials - increasingly using AI tools to enhance storytelling, insight generation, and campaign targeting
• Collaborate with the Product team to bring to life sales opportunities and packages
• Take ownership of basic product information updates and seek out ways to automate or improve low-value tasks through AI or workflow tools.
• Be a key user of our email marketing system, Pardot - optimising campaign performance
• Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and create PCA reports
• Generate ideas to use new technologies and platforms such as AI and automation to streamline marketing execution and improve internal efficiencies
• Contribute to communicating Global’s sustainability and social impact efforts - including responsibility for the quarterly Global Goodness newsletter, highlighting stories across Sustainability, Make Some Noise, Global Academy, and more
• Deliver all work to the highest possible quality and excellent attention to detail with all output in line with Global brand guidelines and copywriting excellence

What you will need:
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
• Knowledge of - or a passion for - the media industry. Familiarity with Outdoor as a channel and/or programmatic and digital formats is a plus. If you’ve not got media experience, we’re open to applications with transferable skills and keenness to learn!
• An ability to lean into internal systems and processes, contributing to their implementation and ongoing improvement - particularly those involving new technology and automation.
• An interest in exploring how AI and automation can enhance marketing execution, optimise performance, and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to navigate a wide range of changing situations, whilst juggling multiple priorities
• An enthusiastic team player who is confident in using their initiative to share new ideas that inspire and challenge
• Works hard to develop relationships and shows determination to keep projects moving to successful completion
• Applies the principles and techniques of project planning to manage multiple projects and work streams
• Able to identify potential problems, evaluate a range of solutions and put measures in place to overcome them
• At least 2-3+ years of experience in a product marketing role
• Must have strong PowerPoint skills (Keynote a bonus but not essential)
• Experience of working with Salesforce and/or integrated marketing automation software vital (Pardot preferred)
• Experience analysing and reporting on the ROI of B2B marketing campaigns.
