Ably Resources Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive commercial strategy for flagship UK infrastructure projects. You will own commercial activities, manage budgets and risk, and influence senior leadership to optimize profitability and delivery outcomes.

The role requires strong NEC3/NEC4 knowledge, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Management within Utilities, Energy, Infrastructure or Construction.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and contract administration.
• Experience managing project budgets, subcontractors, costs, forecasting and profitability.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to take commercial ownership and drive project performance.
• Ambitious, commercially astute professional in fast-paced environments.
