About the role:

As a Commercial Manager UK D&WMS, you will be responsible for driving the sales process to identify customer needs and challenges with the support of the Account Team. You will lead the capture team, working closely with operational teams to develop technical solutions, delivery models, and value propositions before the RFQ is released. You will participate in creating winning proposals and manage negotiations to finalize contracts.

You will report to the Sales Director and be based at Springfields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed product-based targets: OE, margin, pipeline growth, win/loss ratio.
  • Lead opportunity development from identification to contract closure, building agreements with local stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical and sales knowledge to support the product portfolio and facilitate interactions with customers during the sales process.
  • Oversee capture strategy, including bundling opportunities, cross-product coordination, and working with Product and Account Management to define pricing and costs.
  • Negotiate with clients until contract signing, ensuring teamwork and alignment with all relevant WEC stakeholders.
  • Facilitate negotiations with consortium partners when relevant.
  • Manage opportunities and data within the CRM system.
  • Lead LOA and offer processes, securing buy-in from stakeholders to meet Westinghouse and customer objectives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience with Nuclear Utilities, preferably in Outage & Maintenance, site modifications, or nuclear plant operations in a utility or vendor role.
  • Self-starter with business development skills.
  • Customer-facing experience, especially with Belgian Nuclear Utilities.
  • Organized and deal-oriented.
  • Knowledge of nuclear plant operations and utility buying processes.
  • Knowledge of nuclear products is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French; Dutch is desirable.
