About the role:
As a Commercial Manager UK D&WMS, you will be responsible for driving the sales process to identify customer needs and challenges with the support of the Account Team. You will lead the capture team, working closely with operational teams to develop technical solutions, delivery models, and value propositions before the RFQ is released. You will participate in creating winning proposals and manage negotiations to finalize contracts.
You will report to the Sales Director and be based at Springfields.
