Are you looking for the opportunity to be a vital part of a senior position within the sustainability industry? Do you have experience managing contracts worth between £5-30m?

In this role, you will oversee the Quantity Surveying function, including all pre-contract estimating of MEP Systems and advising on procurement processes. You will also handle tender management, post-contract cost control, and final accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and experience managing NEC and JCT contracts valued between £5m and £30m. It is essential to have strong relationship management skills with key clients and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Holding MRICS or a related accreditation is advantageous.
