Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a background in structural steel? We're working with a well-established and highly regarded structural steel specialist who is seeking a Commercial Manager to take the commercial lead on complex and high-value projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial aspects from tender through to final account

• Handle valuations, variations, and cost reports

• Negotiate with clients and subcontractors

• Ensure contract compliance and manage risks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in structural steel or a similar sector

• Strong contractual and commercial knowledge

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Relevant construction or QS qualification
