You will take ownership of the commercial function across major housing developments, ensuring robust financial control and strategic direction from pre-construction to final account.

• Experienced commercial professional with a track record delivering complex construction projects.
• Strong financial acumen and risk management skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-project commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities across multiple live projects.
• Maintain robust financial control and profitability.
• Oversee procurement strategy and subcontractor management.
• Forecast, report and manage costs and commercial risk.
• Manage contracts and client accounts.
• Provide commercial leadership to project delivery teams.
• Mentor Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff.
• Support the business with accurate commercial reporting.
