Job summary

Leading international consultancy seeks an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor with rail project experience for a contract role based in Stratford with hybrid working options.

Key skills required: Quantity Surveying, Rail

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantity surveying activities and manage project commercial aspects
• Provide cost and value management support
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and cost plans
• Assist with contract administration and resolve commercial issues
• Undertake risk management and reporting
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Engage with stakeholders and clients
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Job requirements:

• Significant experience in quantity surveying within the rail industry
