A leading energy services company in London is seeking a Commercial Manager (Projects) to lead project management and deliver compliance across various contracts. You will work in a hybrid setup and need excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders. Equans is looking for a Commercial Manager (Projects) to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The role offers hybrid working, with travel required to London.
The Commercial Manager (Projects) will lead commercial delivery of project works across the HMCTS estate. They will provide contract commercial management and profit improvement, along with focus on compliance. In addition, they may be required to support growth within the existing contract as well as new business development initiatives to extend the suite of contracts in the region.
The Commercial Manager (Projects) will manage numerous stakeholder relationships, including external relationships with clients, quantity surveyors, operational colleagues and colleagues who provide functional support to the HMCTS contract (e.g. finance, HR, and legal) and directly engage with sector/ business leadership. This role interacts with managers of all levels both internally and within our client organisations - good communication skills are essential.
This individual will work within the Commercial function to lead a team of quantity surveyors in delivering projects across the HMCTS estate, ensuring that income is maximised, risk is minimised and costs are managed in accordance with each project's governed position.
