Base pay range

Manchester

£60,000 - £70,000

Construo Recruitment is currently recruiting a Commercial Manager to join a growing and dynamic Passive Fire Protection (PFP) business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to play a key role in the continued development and success of a specialist contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial operations across all Passive Fire Protection projects
• Develop and manage commercial processes from enquiry to project delivery
• Produce accurate invoicing, forecasting, and cashflow reports
• Support contract management with valuations, materials, and work progress
• Monitor and report monthly on CVRs, profitability, and key metrics
• Maintain up-to-date Schedules of Rates and pricing databases
• Review and improve commercial and operational processes for growth
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers for smooth project delivery
• Provide clear communication and regular updates to all stakeholders
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in commercial management within Passive Fire Protection or construction
• Excellent understanding of fire strategies, supply chain, and valuation processes
• Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong reporting abilities
