Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Barrow/NW

Type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive salary + Car/Car Allowance + Flexible Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our team on a project based on-site in Barrow. In this role, you will manage the project commercial team, advise on risks and opportunities, support regional management accounts, and contribute to contract reviews. This is a permanent position with NG Bailey, with the project lasting approximately 2 years, with potential for further work.

We are also considering candidates at Senior Quantity Surveyor level. Candidates must be able to obtain security clearance; therefore, only British nationals can be considered.

Key responsibilities include:
