Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Barrow/NW

Type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive + Car/Allowance + Benefits

Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team on a new project in Barrow, managing the project commercial team and practices, advising on risks and opportunities, and supporting contract reviews. The role is permanent, with a project duration of approximately 2 years, with potential for further work. We are also open to considering a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Candidates must be able to obtain security clearance; only British nationals considered.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promote safety culture in all activities.
  • Ensure accuracy of risk and opportunity schedules, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Lead the commercial team and build beneficial relationships with clients and suppliers.
